Description: In a conjunctive normal form a pair of nodes like (𝜑𝜓) ∧ (¬ 𝜑𝜒) eliminates the need of a node (𝜓𝜒). This theorem allows simplifications in that respect. (Contributed by Wolf Lammen, 20-Jun-2020.)
